7. DELIVERY

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been returned.

Return postage costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

9. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
