Returns and Refunds

We truly hope you love your Montichelli purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first so we can assist you and ensure we are expecting your return. We aim to be fair and reasonable and will not unreasonably refuse a return, but we do ask that you notify us before sending anything back.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. Refunds will be issued for the value of the returned goods only and will not include original delivery charges or return postage costs.

Returning your item

To help your return go smoothly, please:

• Contact us before returning your item by emailing info@montichelli.co.uk

• Include your contact details and order number, or a copy of your order confirmation

• Package items carefully to prevent damage during transit

• Clearly label your parcel and send to: Montichelli, 15 Bradeley Road, Haslington, Crewe, CW1 5PW

• Keep proof of posting, as returned items remain your responsibility until received by us
